"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. "The Sheraton in Zurich was a very nice property. The club room was smaller than expected and the club lounge less than expected. I was not impressed by the front desk team at arrival.
