I paid your staff Dilan the 7 CHF in cash upon checkin (May 2), she didn't give me a receipt, thinking that's OK. Came home & found out I was charged Cdn $12+ on my cred card. I assume it's the hotel tax as nothing was damaged, messaged hotel yesterday but no reply. Please respond. Thank you!"

"We only stayed one night but it was a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean and we had ample space to open up our luggage plus have a baby cot set up in our room. We did not eat at the restaurant downstairs, but we found a decent variety of restaurants and bakeries around the property to suit our needs. "
