"We stayed at Satori House in Micoud for 10 days in March. It was one of the most relaxing homes and peaceful settings I’ve ever had the pleasure to rent. The interior is open and beautiful with a perfect breeze coming off the ocean on both sides. The view is spectacular. Amazing food was available to buy right near the airport at Faye’s, so stocking up was easy. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare great meals.Our days began walking on the bluffs guided by the house dog (Snow) and then eased into swimming in the pool and sometimes the small ocean beach nearby. Lucy arranged a fantastic boating excursion with her son—a great captain. We hope to be returning soon!"

"The house was beautiful. However, in this review, I’m going to give my honest feed back. Our flight was delayed by an hour. When contacting the property manager Albina, she suggested that we should go food shopping first before we got to the villa- which we did. But in between getting picked up & going food shopping, I got 10 phone calls asking where I was at, how long it will take me to get the property which I thought was insane. Also, on one phone call, Albina hung up on me which I thought was very unprofessional. She was very unwelcoming even in showing us around the house. She was on the property a lot and unannounced too. My room had no hot water, so I had to use an adjacent room for the shower. My friend’s bathroom door locked on her out of no where. Albina showed up unannounced to get laundry, we were on the balcony & was locked out because she pulled the latch on the door. We had to open the window, climb through and open the door because we couldn’t get in contact with Albina. I contacted Razia & her response was I’m in NYC, there’s nothing I can do from here. On the last day, as we were leaving, we didn’t get a how was your stay or anything in that manner but it felt like a hurry you can get out now and she said have a safe flight- not even a text or a thank you from Razia herself to see how things are going. I won’t be renting this property again. As a renter, you should feel welcomed and have some privacy. Clearly here, I didn’t feel that."

"Bayleaf was absolutely perfect for us. Located in the south, away from the tourist zone in the north. Wonderful airy, comfortable cottage set in the woods with just a seven minute walk down a path to a beach all to yourselves.Dawn our host was fabulous who made sure we had everything we needed.If you want a relaxing and quiet couple trip, beach, walks … this place hits all the notes. You will want to rent a car for groceries and restaurants and to cruise around and see the island, assuming you don’t mind driving very, up and down hairpins and narrow roads. (Stay left).Highly recommended. Thanks Sawn and Dave for a wonderful week. "

"Ms. Faye Diane was amazing. I stayed here with my mom and we both enjoyed it. Ms. Faye was so accomodating to all my needs and has the sweetest personality. Anything that was asked of her she was willing to assist. I appreciated the treatment I received by her and her husband. I would definitely stay here again. The unit was also clean and had everything you needed. The pictures are true to what is expected. "

Meals on pool deck. 20 mins from international airport. Easy to find by google maps. Through a rural area so winding, narrow roads - watch out for cats, dogs and humans walking. "
