"The booking agency told us that we would be given a room upgrade on both nights due to our VIP status. The hotel didn’t do that on either night. The rooms we had were extremely small, with no window, and noisy at night. We don’t think that the rooms we reserved. There is no waste paper bin. When we arrived the bin for collecting toilet waste was broken as was the safe. Both were repaired quickly.
