"Great for our needs and a lovely clean place "

"It is directly in front of Houseisusukino station and so it is easy to get to. The hotel is also near the main susukino area and odori areas with many food options. However, the hotel staff only speak basic english and we experienced difficulties explaining a small issue when we called the front desk. Overall a pleasant stay still."

"The only reason its a 4 out of 5 is because of the nature of the "rooms". I opted for a standard room which is nothing more than a single bed in a cubby in the wall. I knew that when i booked, so it wasnt a problem, but its not what I'd call 5 star accommodation. That said, the staff and common areas were great, the place was clean, and the onsen was great too."
