"Great location right by the night life. I wake up at 10am so usually miss the free breakfast. The rooms are cleaned day 4 and 8 so the other days they leave a towel bag on the door which is standard for JP business hotels. The coin laundry was cheap 200円 to wash and 100円 dry. The room was very clean and standard business hotels size. Washroom was a good size. Service staff was friendly. 3rd floor seemed to be smoke free. They had toyoko in sparkling water kn the vending machine for 110円.. but there wasn't much water inside. Overall enjoyed toyoko inn and will stay again when visiting susukino. "

"The rooms are larger than the normal Japan hotels. There’s a few restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Location is good - not too far from ramen alley and shopping. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to Sapporo Station, which is nice. For airport transfer, we took the bus directly from the airport to hotel and vice versa. This made traveling easy with all our luggage. "

"Room is slightly small (I think this is normal in Japan) pillow is too flat for us (lucky they do have pillow menu) the bed is slightly too soft. Staff are friendly and polite. "
