The second night I was satisfied because the food I ordered was what I ordered. The first night's food was cheaper than what I paid for and there was no apology or refund from anyone. Everything else was satisfactory. "

"Exceptional hospitality, food, and amenities - It's a highlight of our trip. When we arrived at property, almost entire staff greeted us on the street by the entrance. Kaiseki meals were wonderful. The second floor recreation room was a happy place to be -Zen garden view, delicious snacks, drinks, and late night soup... The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen pools were nice, especially the roof top one. We look forward to our next trip there"

"Everyone at Suichokan was incredible- from the front desk to the breakfast and dinner to the spa services. This facility is clean, updated, well maintained, and the staff are stunning. I spoke 0 Japanese and they were incredibly accomodating. 100/10 would visit again for a relaxing get away. "
