Due to multiple delays with my flight departing Tampa, what was supposed to be a quick layover in Denver turned into an overnight stay. To add to the chaos, my bags were lost, and I was feeling quite stressed and annoyed. However, the moment I walked into the hotel everything changed for the better. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making me feel right at home despite the hectic day I had.
