"We called front desk about the sounds above us. Kids and or adults running back and forth in their room jumping up and down for hours! Loud bangs every 2 minutes. The noise never stopped till close to 1AM very disappointing as I had chosen your hotel because I was getting surgery near by and needed to stay close to surgery center for the evening so I could go back in the AM for recheck. "After getting ill upon arrival, I was trying, but not succeeding, to give myself sustenance. The wonderful staff noticed and checked in on me. They even brought me a Gatorade, Life Water and electrolytes. I was able to recover in 24 hours. My vacation was saved by their generous actions."
