"We have stayed several times at The Clarendon we have actually stayed in the same suite. This time they added a queen to the sitting area and it made the suite seem awkward. The door needs to be more secured as well. We figured it would have been repaired by now. Nevertheless its a chill place "

"They were undergoing construction downstairs, yet the staff was helpful and courteous in their makeshift desks. The room was very nice. Parking was very easy in the lot next door and they validated so I didn't have to pay anything for it. If I come back to the area, I will definitely stay here again."

"It was a very nice hotel in a good area of Phoenix. We were in an accessible room, therefore the bed was low but very soft & lumpy. The sheer curtains were very dirty! Monday afternoon a homeless person was in the lobby/eating area for a good 15 minutes walking around inside. It was very rare a check-in person was up front. A maintenance person walked in & saw the homeless man. He finally escorted him out. "
