"It was a comfortable stay, even under the threat of typhoon. We didn't get to adventure a whole lot because of the weather. There are gym, sauna, pool, and beach to entertain you. Speaking of beach, I think they should spend more efforts to rake the beach on a daily basis. Maybe invest in getting a surf rake tractor for beach cleaning. It's a shame there're not a comfortable spot to sit/lay down and relax. The guard stand in the front is an eye sore. They should keep it a little neater. ...

"We love our stay at this place! It’s right in the heart of Jiufen. Living here for days gave us an authentic taste of what it is like to live in the Taiwanese mountains. The second floor view is absolutely spectacular. Top of the mountain unobstructed view where we can see the harbors and northern ocean. Loving waking up to see this view everyday! "Lovely quiet property. There are a few nice hiking trails nearby and the ocean is only a 20 minute walk away. Tony and his wife are lovely people. They are very friendly and took care of our needs and answered all of our questions. Tony even gave us a ride to the old street and to the Gold museum. Highly recommend and would stay here again. "
