"Cinzia and Maurizio were very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The property had a slight damp smell in the rooms, but with the windows open it lessened. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well fitted for making your own meals. Please note that there is only one bedroom in the main house, the upstairs bedrooms have to be accessed from a separate outside door. It didn’t bother us, but people with children may have a concern. Overall we really enjoyed our stay :)"

"Wir haben die Zeit in dem Appartement sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend. Er hat alle Fragen immer zügig beantwortet. Die Lage des Appartements ist super. Zum Strand, den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Wir waren vollends zufrieden."

"Wunderschöner, riesiger Garten, ein Paradies für unsere insgesamt 4 Hunde (2 von der Cousine). Sehr gemütliches Haus, ruhig und ursprünglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt in der Umgebung mehrere gute Lokale mit typischen Gerichten der Region, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, unter anderem auch San Marino. Zum Meer ist es ein Stück zu fahren (ca. 20 min.), aber dafür gibt es einen freien Strand am Rande von Riccione, ohne Parkgebühr und die Hunde können mit an...

"It was ideal for our needs as we had come to watch our daughter in the Iron Man race in Cervia. Generally I would say that the property needs modernising a bit with also some decoration."

"Carlotta was frequently in contact prior to arrive, met us with wine & cake to acquaint us with the home & area. It was a short drive to the nearby village with lots of dining choices, or to the coast in Rimini. The villa was spotless, & well equipped to make us feel right at home. The fireplace was a welcome plus on the chilly nights. We stayed in 4 homes on this trip but this was the highlight. We highly recommend & hope to return soon."
