"The house is beautiful, clean and cozy. When we arrived, the heat had been set to 65, it was quite cold. It did take a while to warm up as it's radiant heat (in the floors). Could have used a few more necessities in the kitchen. The game room offers hours of endless fun. "

"This is truly an absolutely amazing home! We would highly recommend renting this property if you are visiting Wellsboro. It blends classic charm with modern elegance creating a home away from home atmosphere that is both spacious and intimate. The owners were easy to get in touch with and graciously accommodated an extra night stay for us. We highly recommend this home and look forward to staying there again soon!"

"The house was spotless. The location was close to downtown Watkins Glenn. We had all the luxuries of a hotel in a house. I would definitely recommend this house. "

"Our group had a great stay here, the home is more beautiful than the pictures. Watkins Glen was only ~20 minutes away. We didn't get the chance to go down to the lake but the view was great. The deck had plenty of space and we liked the fire pit. The host instructions were clear and responsive. Thank you for.a wonderful stay!"

"We had a wonderful time! House was just what we wanted. Loved that we were could go out for some day trip activities and come back and relax. Very cozy, and welcoming home. We played some of the games and just relaxed. Lots of restaurants near by. "

"It’s a wonderful place to get together and enjoy as a family. The place is well equipped for kids of all ages and adults. We spent great time together and to top it we had an amazing snow day where kids enjoyed the slopes outside the house. We couldn’t use outside space but if it’s summer, it’s a great abode to enjoy with friends. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts are amazing and considerate. "

"Every morning I woke up to a new view, from fog settled over the lake with snow blowing by, or bright light glinting off shimmering waters, or pinks and oranges reflecting off white snow.The whole house was like that. Expansive, expressive, accomodating, comfortable, and just wonderful to rest and relax in. There were 5 of us, and it never felt crowded, but it always felt cozy when we all came together to watch a movie or cook dinner.I cannot recommend this place enough!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Hammondsport. The host was very accommodating and this lovely home is conveniently located within walking distance of town and the head of the lake. The photos do not capture just how beautiful this home truly is. It was the perfect spot to unwind "

"We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. It was clean and had everything you needed. The cottage is small, but we spent most of our time outside. The view was stunning and the doc was a great place to see the lake and look at the starts. This location is great to be able to explore around Seneca and Keuka lakes. "

"This home leaves you speechless with its beautiful view of the lake. It is kid friendly and has lots of room for guest. The house is nicely furnished and newly renovated but still makes you feel at home! There were even snacks as a welcoming gift. I will definitely be coming back!"

"Beautiful home, located in a rural area outside of Watkins Glen. More than enough room for 4 people. Enough dishes, glasses, etc. Peter always answered when I had a question. Would recommend."

"Location was ideal, size was good. I liked the setup of the front door lock and had it been warmer weather, would have loved to use the front porch swing. Definitely older overall but we weren’t looking for luxury and I think it was appropriately priced. Felt like someone lived there when it’s not being rented, which I understand but some personal items (specifically bathroom) could have been stored away. Overall we would stay there again. "

"Beautiful view, super clean house, near brewery’s, vineyards and Watkins Glen. "

"Perfect location, beautiful view of Lake and the stars!! Clean place, Wi-Fi better than I thought it would be. Only complaint is hot tub. It took 16 hours to get it up to temp from our original check in time. Once up to temp, it was nice, but loses heat after about half hour. It drops 5 degrees then takes about 8 hours to get back up to temp. I know it’s a newer hot tub so I assume host is working out the kinks. Great stay though and good host communication. "

"The house is on a beautiful property with rolling greens, and sometimes a horse appears in the way back. The house itself is incredibly spacious and clean. There was a well stocked coffee station, coupons to local winery/distillery, and the host was very kind. 10/10 would recommend. "

"Perfect location. While close to local wineries we decided to just relax at the cabin. Plenty of games, puzzles, and DVDs. Smart tv available for streaming. Lots of natural light with the windows. Also with all of the windows we had lots of entertainment with bird watching. Bird seed was available at the cabin to help attract a variety of birds.
