"Checkin was interesting...we did choose valet and our bellman Fast Eddie was amazing! First front desk lady told us our room wasnt ready, needed quality sign off, etc. Eddie came back to meet us at our room and was surprised, he said he already had been notified of our room number...went back again and different front desk lady welcomed us and voila there were our room passes...not sure what that was about. "Rooms are outdated....bathroom looked a bit dingy. Also, the ice machine was not working. Parking was in a very congested area. Too many fees .. Inconvenience of having to park somewhere else to avoid $55 hotel fee."

"The area right now in San Antonio is undergoing construction. Even with all the construction in the area, we still had a great time. City walk is a must see, a boat tour or a bus tour is a must do. And for anyone who’s into history, there’s plenty of it."
