"My only problem is on the mirror in our room,it says that they will clean room every other day. Came in on Friday, Saturday we asked for clean towels and Sunday the room should have been cleaned it was not touched.i am ok with the bed sheets not being changed, but the trash and dirty towels should have been taken care of. The pool we used on Saturday night and there was only like 5 or 6 towels there the dirty ones over flowing in the basket. Sunday night there was only 2 clean towels and the basket was still there with the dirty towels."

"I booked thru Hotels.com and I did not realize the pool was being renovated. We stayed one night and I asked if we could check out so we had a pool for our young children. The owner and clerk were very understanding and let me check out one day into our 5 day reservation without incident. I appreciate the courtesy. "
