"Three couple family members were in the house and our one brother and his wife had their motor home in the place just .3 away. House was perfect for us have get together for dinner, hot tub time and just hanging out. We are from all over the United States so perfect location. Would love to have had one more room with queen size bed but made it work. Didn’t realize that the hot tub recycles itself, so when it was drained, we panicked a little. "The pics did not do the home justice! The inside of the house was immaculate along with the pool/grill area. IF there was anything that I would suggest would be better curb appeal in the front and far back yard, update the landscaping, clear the vegetation by the creek out some but overall, it is still well above a 5 as a rating!"

However, what really impressed us was how hospitable and responsive our host was. They did not hesitate to answer any of our questions and concerns. "We didn’t go to Tampa to just hit the beach, so I found this listing as a cost-effective option to prevent having my 7 and 11 year olds in our space at a hotel. The pool made my 7 y/o happy, and the pool table made my 11 y/o happy while we were at the house. We were out and about quite a bit, so the house provided a great staging location. Busch Gardens is very close, access to the highway was easy, and the house was plenty clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store 2 minutes down the road....

"The Beachy Bungalow is a wonderful place to stay! It's clean, comfortable and has all the necessities of home. The neighbor is quiet and the beach is right across the street. It was nice to walk on the beach daily, and it's less than a 1/2 mile walk into the area where the shops and restaurants are located. The hot tub is such a nice addition to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. Marylynn is super friendly and if anything is needed, she is right there to take care of it! We can't wait...
