"We are 5 couples, long-time friends, who enjoy gathering and enjoying each others company. We found this private resort after our 5 bedroom VRBO on Indian Rocks Beach sustained hurricane damage. The resort facility offered such terrific amenities, we were happy to make the discovery and change. We sure enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool and there were many other amenities we that made the stay enjoyable. "Overall it was a lovely home. The kitchen garbage can should be replaced as the interior of the lid is rather gross. And the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. Other than that the place was clean, well air conditioned and the pool was fantastic."

"The location was nice but the villa was in need of updates and paint. Drains were slow in both bathrooms and the cleaning crew could do a better job."

"Love this place! Outdoor kitchen in the back and front covered patio with seating in front made outside living easy! Updated kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Home was spotless and you can see the attention to detail in everything! Would go back in a heartbeat. Cute yellow electric car to rent !"

"We were supposed to check in by 3 PM, but when we showed up at 5 PM the cleaners of the house were still there and we had to wait and sit and wait in the driveway until 6 PM until they were finished cleaning. The house smelled like smoke and marijuana and wasn’t the cleanest. "
