"We are 5 couples, long-time friends, who enjoy gathering and enjoying each others company. We found this private resort after our 5 bedroom VRBO on Indian Rocks Beach sustained hurricane damage. The resort facility offered such terrific amenities, we were happy to make the discovery and change. "The location was nice but the villa was in need of updates and paint. Drains were slow in both bathrooms and the cleaning crew could do a better job."

"We gathered as a a family to celebrate a 60th Birthday. The property was perfect! We enjoyed all the amazing amenities! The kids loved the Lego wall, the putting green, the adult “kids” enjoyed ping pong and foosball challenges. The kitchen was well equipped and enough room at the table for all of us. My favorite spot was the main master suite’s soaking tub 😊"

"We were supposed to check in by 3 PM, but when we showed up at 5 PM the cleaners of the house were still there and we had to wait and sit and wait in the driveway until 6 PM until they were finished cleaning. The house smelled like smoke and marijuana and wasn’t the cleanest. "

It was close to our son in Palm Harbor .Melinda thought of everything and we had so much at our disposal.We loved how our unit was decorated.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances that we needed.
