"Check in the young man was nice and courtesy. He was very helpful during our stay-from getting ice to exchanging towels. Cute touch to have ear plugs for the guests. Though the chickens and roosters did not bother us. It was great to see them all over! The place itself is very rundown and worn out. "This property is situated right next to Wailua State Park and across from Wailua Beach and minutes from Lydgate Beach Park. Immaculate and well- maintained. It was noisier than I expected due to traffic and bridge construction but very cute garden where you can sit outside"

"Very happy. Responsive host. Very well equipped, excellent location, clean and well cared for property. Our only 4 start rating Was because we didn’t realize the game room was garage conversion. The room was very well done and well appointed but not good for kiddo sleeping as there is no hvac in the room hot and noisy- especially with the door closed. It may have been described but we missed it. We would highly recommend and would happily stay again. Thanks for hosting!"

"Loved this property and the resort. This unit is ocean facing with a great view from the lanai. We loved having our coffee out there in the mornings. The pools are beautiful and the location of the property is perfect. Loved the beach items for use as well!"
