"Me and my wife had an amazing time, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The resort was beautiful and the view even more beautiful. Food from restraunts was excellent, room service wonderful aswell. There is a small store/Cafe with essentials also a laundry room on resort. If you're lucky you'll be there on Monday night or Thursday for the ʻAuliʻi Lūʻau they put on a heck of a show thank you all for you're hospitality. We got lucky and saw a monk seal on the beach also down the beach...

"We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Poipu Kauai. The property, although outdated, offers fully equipped ocean view suites at a reasonable price, super clean rooms and premises, nice pool, free parking, close to beaches and hiking, shopping/dining centers and airport. It is nothing fancy, but everything we needed on our vacation in Kauai. A solid 4 out of 5 !"

Fantastic place right on the water

"We love coming to Kauai and this was our first time renting a home on the island. We loved this place - right on the water with really great views of a beautiful golf course out one side and the entire back of the home facing the ocean. It was a great size home for our family of 6. We love to come back and watch movies every night after the days activities and the large family room and big TV were great. We also love to run and the road to and from the house was great for running, right on the ocean. Overall great home, easy check-in and check-out, and great communication from the host. "

Hula House: Luxury Villa w/ Superb Views/Amenities

Amazing stay

"Upon arrival we were greeted with lovely Hawaain music playing throughout the house on the Sonos sound system and a beautiful boquet of native flowers. The home was exactly as described and met all our expectations and then some. All the rooms were amazing and having each room with a full bathroom was great! I used the outdoor shower off the bedroom daily in order to enjoy the vibe. There were two mionor items which we shared with the conceirge, but had an amazing time. The pool and fire piut were used almost daily and the Bocce and Pickle Ball Courst were also a hit. The views of the Ocean and beautiful golf course were spectacular. You could even here the Spouting Horn (Ocean water spout) in the distance. We saw several whales migrating along the ocean to keep the grandkids thrilled. We had 8 adults and 2 grandkids and still had a spare bedroom go unused. Having the beach chairs and coolers was a great added benefit as we made it to 6 different beaches, The hikes were amazing, as well as catching 6 skip jack tuna on our fishing trip. Totally recommend the Hula House. "

Great place!

"The house was great! Loved the proximity to the beach and central Waimea. The kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfy, onsite laundry is really helpful and the a/c was great. Having extras like a day trip cooler and ice pack in the freezer really came in handy. A couple of recommendations. A couple of extra blankets in the house would be helpful. One of the beach chairs was quite damaged when we opened it up. Overall we had a great experience! Thank you!"

"Wonderful family vacation in large beautiful home. Everyone was comfortable in the bedroom layout. Quick response from property manager on check in and through out stay. When we first arrived the pool was so clean and quiet we thought it might be empty! Curiosity was satisfied with the test of a finger. "

Pure Magic

"This house is positioned so incredibly: Sunsets while seeing Spouting Horn! Whales, turtles and seals swam by daily and 1 pod of dolphins. The house was so spacious. My husband and I are on mountain time and awoke before the sun rose daily, with the kitchenette downstairs we were able to have coffee and not disturb my parents upstairs. We have stayed in 2 other houses on Lawai road and this was the 1st one to have AC, such a treat! My family will remember these memories forever; thank you Gail for sharing your slice of heaven with complete strangers"
