"Yes, there is deferred maintenance but still the home is amazing. It is palatial. The living roof is huge as is the covered patio. The pool large as well. Garbage, grounds and pool are taken care of three times a week. Yes, the pallet stairs down to the beach are funky but you get used to them. Juan is a great host. He responses to any request or question within minutes. It was a super fun place for our family of 13."

"The property was a great place for our 10 person, 3 generation vacation. Very spacious with a huge area to gather but the bedroom layout makes it easy to get away when you need some quiet, or to work. WiFi easily handled all 10 people.
