"Everybody is very friendly and helpful. My husband forgot his watch and called to request to check the room we left half an hour before. After several minutes, they called us back and kindly brought the watch to the United Airlines counter in the airport. Thumbs up for your team!!!"

"We booked a basic small room, which was very small and very basic. After checking in we discovered that the toilet wasn’t working. The gentleman at the front desk said he’d let maintenance know and the issue would be resolved by the time we returned that evening. On our return he said that maintenance was unable to come in, so he had us move to the room next door…which happened to be an executive room! What a difference, and what an excellent example of customer service done right! Location was great, though a bit noisy. Near lots of dining options. Breakfast was good. "

"We have been to the RIU Guanacaste twice in the last two years. The team members at your property are excellent. Moises is a great and fun bartender at the pool. David, from the entertainment staff, called us all by name. We booked two tours with Pablo at the Scuba Caribe booth and he was excellent to work with. The staff at your resort is really what makes it a special place to visit. I work at a resort in the United States, so I really notice the little touches that set the RIU apart from other resorts we've visited. From the coconut drinks at the pool, to the nightly entertainment in the theatre, your team makes the experience fun for your guests."

"I loved this property and my overall stay. Staff is incredibly nice and super friendly very amazing one of the best services I’ve ever received. Food was AMAZING not a single day went without having the most delicious food ever. The view was beautiful and they make it easy for you to get around the property by providing shuttles. I stayed in a villa and it was very nice with a good view. Overall the property was always clean, good facilities, and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone considering it "
