"The unit and the grounds were gorgeous! When we realized that the air conditioner in the main room wasn’t working, Krain immediately replied and came to look at it. When it was determined that it needed to be replaced, they immediately got to work finding us a new property. We were moved the same day to an equally beautiful place with a gift bag for the inconvenience of needing to relocate. Would highly recommend and use again!"

The only downside to our trip was the construction on the last day and the muddy road but those were minor things. The beds were so comfy. The living spaces were fantastic. "We really liked the location! We were overlooking the pool which was warm and beautiful. Huge outdoor deck with table and comfy seating (there was also a grill, but we didn't use it). It was a very short walk to the beach. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket was a couple minutes away via car (there was a closer one but we didn't go to that one). The kitchen was large and fully stocked, i think we were the first people to use the oven/stove and toaster....
