"Very nice location. This unit is on the 17h floor of the Park Royal hotel. The view is fantastic from the windows and deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It has a new kitchen and appliances. The Park Royal Hotel is an older building with overworked elevators. The hot water was often not hot or was off but was corrected during our stay. The pool and restaurant were nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. Any issues in the unit were addressed timely by the property representative Luis. We...

"The apartment was lovely. The best part was the balcony overlooking the Pacific sunsets. Spectacular! The location of was more isolated than we expected. Taxis were fine; if we stayed longer we would learn the busses. People friendly and helpful. Romeo was terrific, and his English is perfect. Swimming pool great but pool chairs were too low for people with knee issues. We found fine restaurants both in Zona Dorada and Centro. Fresh Market in Zona Dorada was excellent."

"Staff on property was great. Was disappointed to find no microwave or coffee maker in room. Need to invest in a mattress pad and better fitting sheets for bed. We had to fix fitted sheet often through out the night as it would come off mattress. Also, for information purposes, there is a leak from unit above. The stain is directly over the toilet. It is yellow and black."
