"This property was as described the precious reviews I read were fair but it suited my needs perfectly the location was great if you don't mind a bit of noise and fab if you like people watching I liked the view of beach and port"

"A quiet, clean and comfortable finca. It had everything you could think of needing, including sharp kitchen knives and barbecue itensils. The beds are very comfortable. Andrea and Sepp are both very helpful and friendly and respond quickly to any queries. We had a lovely holiday and would stay there again."

"Communication was easy, and finding the place also easy. The location is away from the tourist parts of the island which is nice, but the drive to Teido for example is about one hour. The house is close to TF-28 so you have easy access to restaurants, markets, etc. all within 10-15 minutes.The unit has everything you need both in the kitchen and bathroom. Traumhafte Lage mit Siam Park, Aqualänd, Hafen mit Whale Watching, Playa de la Pinta mit vielen Wassersportmöglichkeiten, viele Restaurants, Einkaufszentrum usw., das alles im Umkreis von 1 km. "Spacious villa that is even better than the photos. Quiet residential area but everything you could want within walking distance. Kitchen has all the utensils needed and more. Nice size pool that was just about warm enough in December and plenty of loungers and outdoor seating. No complaints. "This villa is amazing, we went with 14 people and we had a great time. The decor is old-fashioned in the best way, it feels like an old Spanish holiday villa, which is what we wanted. THere are a couple of bakeries within walking distance which were great, and walking down to the sea for a swim & a beer was lovely way to spend an afternoon. Only minor criticisms are that it's on a main road, so the room at the front can hear the traffic. You'll also hear planes overhead (though this is because...

"Although the drive to find it is quite off the beaten track, the property its self is very well maintained and almost brand new. Its very clean and the communal area is regularly cleaned. Some minimal construction near by but still very peaceful. Communication with Antonello fantastic lots of recommendations given and very helpful when arriving and leaving. Would stay again. "Excellent. Water needed running a lot in the twin bedroom bathroom to get hot water. Could have done with bigger bath towels. Lots of flies on the patio so read inside earlier than we would have. !! The pool is lovely."
