"Great communication prior to our arrival and welcomed in person when we got there. We had a couple of issues that were mainly out of the hosts control, but I can't fault the speed at which he addressed and rectified our concerns. It is a charming property with various areas for both family time and some privacy."

"We had a great time in this holiday apartment. The space is just enough for a family of four. The communication and the hospitality with the responsible persons was perfect. We highly appreciated the flexibility with check- in/- out times. The location is very nice with the kids being happy as the pool was just outside the door. To pay extra for sunbeds is a small minus. "The Villa Iris is very nice inside, having two good sized bedrooms and one small bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe space. There is air conditioning in the en-suite (which was really needed due to the extreme heat we encountered during our stay in June/July). The kitchen is well equipped with all the essential items you would need. The outside is spacious with a shaded eating area and relaxing drinks area (nicely lit up at night). "There are not many houses for rent at the top of the mountain, this is definitely one we will come back to. The house was clean and tidy and enough wood to keep us warm during a few cold nights. The location is spectacular and our hiking was amazing and at night we did astronomy from the patio area. Thank you to the great host with brilliant communication throughout."

"Firstly it’s a long way from anywhere. Secondly you need to be pretty fit to access the property. Thirdly there are no shops or restaurants in Carrizales and it’s a drive on very winding to get anywhere. That said the property itself is excellent as is the property manager"

"Wir, meine Tochter und ich, hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, den wir sogar spontan verlängert haben. Die Villa war super und noch besser, fast unschlagbar, der Außenbereich so nah am Meer. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ausgezeichnet."

The villa was beautifully presented and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. "The classes at Activate were great. The children’s playroom was immaculate and beautifully designed. Our apartment and balcony with jacuzzi was incredible. The jacuzzi was definitely worth getting!!"

Loved it ! Definitely returning ☺️

"First ever stay in a hostel & I enjoyed every moment. I felt safe, comfortable & relaxed the whole time. Nest felt like a little community & everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable equipped with a curtain for privacy and a small shelf for your phone next to a plug socket and lamp. As well as a storage area for belongings ( just take your own padlock). The communal room I was in backed out straight onto the pool area & staff were very good and strict with making sure people left the area after 11pm for those that want a quiet night sleep ! There was also a jacuzzi near the out door kitchen which was a lovely touch as well as plenty of bathrooms & kitchens so I never once had to wait around to use facilities. The location is only a 10min walk from the beach and near to lots of restaurants & entertainment. I personally went to Tenerife to scuba dive which I enjoyed very much and nest is within 20 mins from a few dive schools which is handy! I will definitely be returning, just like many others that I met! Some people had been going every year for several years! It was great to see such a range of nationalities & even huge age differences that were staying at nest ! Overall a lovely place to stay. "
