"We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment at the back of the property on the second floor. The room was updated and clean. Walking distance to restaurants. It is attached to a convenience store for beer, snacks and alcohol. Pool was clean. Also has a whole bar area that you can leverage by the pool. Property can be a little noisy in the morning when everyone is going to work since it is located directly on the main road to La Fortuna."

"This family run hotel business is in rural part of Costa Rica. We were very delighted to stay at this hotel as we prefer quite surrounding and away from the busy town area. We have been treated very well above the call of host hostility expected. The young Lady Manager Milena was very helpful and we were delighted to see speak to her and she accommodated our needs very well with professionalism and enthusiasm to please us. "Nita and Marty have created an absolute oasis! The birding,views and food were outstanding. The staff was responsive and helpful. We had the info we needed to plan numerous adventures. Marty and Nita were away on the other side of the the worldfor our stay. But tgrough What’s App we were able to communicate effectively. The pets were sweet- my husband was particularly appreciative of the pups. We would recommend this propert 100 percent. Thanks to all who made our stay perfect. "

"Check in was a nightmare. Tv didnt work. Never got a wifi password. Place was difficult to find and the manager was unaware check in was at 10am. Overall a bad experience "
