"We really enjoyed our stay at 1850 Hotel Boutique. Everything we needed was walking distance and the staff were very friendly. Room was a little smaller than expected but we spent most of the time exploring the city so it didn’t really matter. Housekeeping came in every day to clean which was nice. Guanajuato is a beautiful place to visit and this hotel made the experience more worth it"

"We got the room with the rooftop deck town view (#5) and it was fabulous. Having that lovely private rooftop terraza was one of the best parts of the trip. We had our breakfast (included) brought to us there every morning. The staff was fantastic and helpful setting up activities and reservations. We got 90 min. massages from the spa. They were wonderful and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. "

"The owners have put a lot of thought into making their courtyards beautiful. Also liked the visiting cat. Would suggest more light in the room; much too dark. Also, a phone to reach the front desk."
