"We had a very good stay. The hotel parking was a bonus however it was interesting as the parking required that the car had to be driven into a car elevator. Apparently, in the old town part of Seville, the car elevator scenario is common. The front desk staff were very accommodating and very helpful. Our triple room was clean and comfortable."

"The property is a little outdated but clean. The bed was comfy and the room quite. The staff is great, attentive, kind and helpful. I really appreciate that it offers a bathrobe and slippers, like in times begone or a 5 star hotel. They provide shower cap, sewing kit, comb and shoe’s polish. "Clean characterful and excellent location. The thing that let the hotel down was the poor breakfast for a four star hotel. no fresh fruit or yoghurt, poor choice of food and bread. The staff were also very unhelpful, we were never asked if we wanted anything cooked we had to approach staff, but it was only a choice of poached egg, fried egg, and omlete. I have stayed in many four and five star hotels and this has possibly been the worst breakfast."

"Excellent location with our room overlooking the Puerta de Jerez fountain and an easy 5 minute walk from Seville Cathedral and the Alcazar. The location did mean it was quite noisy so not recommended for light sleepers. The room was basic but with everything you needed and a safe that you didn't need to pay extra for (deposit for the key only) and therefore good value for money."
