The smell of our hotel was room was absolutely horrible, smelled like sewage water everytime we entered the room. We let reception know but nothing was done.

The location is awesome. Very central and in a nice new shopping area that is still under construction so you will wake up to the noise of workers and clinging metal. A brand new hotel, small room but clean. AC was too strong for this small room. You turn it off and it is too hot. You turn it on at 23C and it feels like 18C. Got sick due to the AC. You can hear your neighbors, no soundproofing whatsoever. The bed is stiff and makes a terrible noise. Staff is friendly and helpful. Again location is so good, you can walk to all the great momuments and have a ton of restaurant options around the area. Close by Las setas (8 min walk), Alcazar (11 min) etc..

Really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean and new. It’s in a wonderful location and everything is at a walkable distance. The signature aroma in the rooms is a plus as well. Plan on staying here again!!

Our stay at Letoh was great! We extended our stay in Seville last minute and Letoh was able to take us in. Staff is very friendly and makes sure to greet you every time in the lobby. I wanna give a shoutout to one particular staff, Anna, she was very helpful during our stay and accommodated to my partner and I in every way. She always went above and beyond for us and made our stay go as smoothly as possible - hence on our last night I made sure to grab her name! Only downside to our stay was a “wet” smell in the room. It seemed to have been coming from the A/C and there was nothing we could do about it so we kept the windows open to minimize the odour. Besides that our stay was incredible and thank you to Anna!

Je recommande cet hôtel. L'accueil très chaleureux des membres de l'équipe a été exceptionnel. Du début à la fin nous avons 2 belles nuits. Franchement rien a dire. Très très propre. Ménage fait même pour juste 2 nuits. Vraiment mention spéciale pour le personnel. Par contre mauvaise expérience avec Expedia !!!!! Je ne reserverai plus ici
