The room was excellent and the property is in excellent condition.
The location is also fantastic in the heart of the city and minutes walk from all the major attractions.
The only issue we had was the laundry. We were told there is laundry onsite. They have one wahser and one dryer for the whole complex. We came back one evening and they gave us a laundry pod for the washer at checkin desk at 8pm. We went to the laundry and it was locked. When we asked them about it they said ots only allowed from 4 to 8 pm. It was 8:04 pm and he literally just gave us the laundry soap for the machine. There is no signage of the laundry showing timings and they dont tell you this at checkin either. When we requested if he could allow us to use it as we were told minutes ago the laundry is on the 1st floor and given laundry soap pod he rudely said no its closed hotel rules are hotel rules you cannot use it. Would have been nice if they told us that at checkin. We asked when we checked in if they had laundry facilities they said yes we do and we will even give you the laundry detergent.
That was a bit of an issue so be aware of that. Other than that its a wonderful room in an excellent location in the heart of the city.
