"We stayed in room 11 top floor the apartment itself was clean and comfortable however the outside terrace was shabby and dirty cigarette butts, dirty ashtray, the furniture was dirty and some broken, gate did not shut properly. They offer free mini bar was not given, the icebox in the fridge needed defrosted. There is no common area which is shown in the pictures this is now used for staff. There is a reception area. "Good location, quiet street and only a few blocks away from most amenities. Wouldn't say it was smack in a downtown area. Check-in process was a little arduous as we had to coordinate with the hosts and we opted to walk from the bus station and it was a hot day. We got there and we didn't know the room number, and the host stopped answering texts so there was a period of confusion on what to do next. We ended up ringing all the doorbells bc we didn't know what else to do. Then check-in finally...
