"This apartment was perfect for our family of five with two teens and a 20 year old. My kids loved the space and all the floors and terrace. I loved that it was so central to all of the places we wanted to visit in Seville. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water for showers for all of us. It was a quiet even though it was so close to everything. Maria was a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying here. "

"The apartment has so much Spanish charm and is decorated beautifully. It is located near 3 gorgeous old churches. It is also very near the wonderful restaurant Contenedor. It is a nice walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the parking was convenient as well. The hostess was wonderful and even though we spoke no Spanish we we able to communicate well"

"Perfect for our group of 10 people : convenient, clean, spacious and well equiped. The roof-top terrace is absolutely amazing. The only small disagreament was a reccurrent permanent noise (like a compressor or a pump starting each 10 seconds on the roof) that could be eared in all the rooms. I don't know if the noise is always there or if it is something that can be fixed, but it kept some of us from sleeping. All the rest was just perfect !"

"The apartment is in great condition. it’s location is quite good if your interest is to stay at the city center. A supermarket around the corner well equipped. The beds, appliances, and accommodations are confortable and in great condition. The hot water is really hot and sufficient. The wifi needs more megas to my understanding. Feedback to the owner would be to provide paper towel, more garbage disposable bags and some basic seasoning items such as salt and pepper. Also detergent. But...

"This apartment in Seville was the best property we stayed in during our month in Europe. It was immaculately clean, spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our extended family of 8 to enjoy a memorable stay in beautiful Seville. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed some great restaurants in the streets nearby the apartment. "We loved our stay and wished we had booked for longer! The house is spotless, lots of great amenities in the kitchen. Washer and dryer were a plus. But the rooftop terrace is amazing — wish we had more days to hang out there! The neighborhood is great - and Isla Morada which is about 20 steps from the apartment has lovely tapas. Overall a great place to stay. "

"We loved the location and all the bedrooms and bathrooms, but the place didn't feel clean, several people had bug bites from sleeping in the beds, towels smelled rank from not being dried in a timely fashion, glassware and mugs were too few to even have a glass of wine or cup of coffee with the whole group. And though it may not be standard practice in Europe, in the US we would expect soap, shampoo and enough toilet paper to last our stay. We had none of these provided."

Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the host was so lovely, ensuring everything went smoothly. "Couldn’t ask for a better location. Right in the heart of the city and very close to the cathedral. Property company was excellent and very attentive. Well equipped and comfortable apartment with four bedrooms and bathrooms. Top floor terrace gave outside space too. Would rate as excellent except for some noise from the bar/restaurant downstairs but that stopped by midnight. Would go again. "
