"Very nice hotel. Enjoyed our time there. The staff was excellent and as a former VCU student—very former, 55 years ago—I appreciated the effort they put forth. Not thrilled about the price for the overnight parking. Lots of street parking but you've got to pay early in the morning, so there's that. Bathroom was very clean, but a little small. Shower pressure was awesome. "

"Quiet, Nice clean, quiet, comfortable king suite with sofa/ lounge area. Hot breakfast was weak...powdered scrambled eggs, thin sliced deli ham, NO WAFFLES!! This is the first time I've stayed at a major chain hotel with its own parking lot and had to pay a nightly parking fee to a 3rd party!! Room was clean but had an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso...which eventually faded. The shower gel was empty the first night...I would however, stay here again."

"Nice location with plenty of places to eat nearby. The room was spacious and clean. The a/c was pretty loud, and didn’t seem to respond to the thermostat. The elevator situation SUCKED. I stayed on the 6th floor and decided to take the stairs due to there only being one working elevator. The wait was so long that there were times that I took the steps and still beat my wife, who took the elevator, back to the room. "
