"Check-in was a good experience with Neil, greeted me with a smile and welcomed me in. Finding out if it was my first stay, etc was very personable. Stay while short was nice, room was clean, only issue we had was the heating system. While heat was on system would switch to air condition because as explained was triggered by sensors. That part didn’t make sense but other than that the stay was good and pricing was reasonable for a weekend stay. "

"Excellent visit overall. The hotel was full and only had 2 elevators working, so it was always a wait for the elevator. Bed and shower were awesome! Walkable to Altria Theatre and downtown restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "

"The hotel stay was good. The facility was clean and quiet. Parking was a bit challenging so if you can then opt for valet. Our heat wasn't warm enough. The thermostat would set for 68 degrees every time we rose it higher. Good stay overall. "
