"Staff was helpful when I kept bothering about early check in, and friendly when it came time to checking in. The room itself was clean, only thing I found was a water bottle under the pull out sofa, not a huge bother. The sheets were clean and I felt comfortable sleeping there with my two young kids. Only thing I noticed when washing my face is the sink water is not clear. We had a stadium view room so I was worried about traffic noise or firework noise late at night but that wasn’t a problem...

"I’m sickened by this hotel!! Do not book! We showed up to this hotel and it was abandoned and the water park was closed. No one was there. I contacted hotels.com and still haven’t got my money back!! And it’s been weeks since anyone has contacted me either. "

"Nice clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, fairly quiet and decent location. Pool area was full of kids so we didn’t check it out. We didn’t get up early enough for breakfast so can’t rate that. Price was fair for a last minute booking. 9/10"
