"Spring Branch is a WONDERFUL place that would be at home in Montana, Black Hills or Wyoming Big Horns. Great location for our needs, spotlessly clean, romantic setting, hosts were great and thought of everything. We WILL be back. "

"We stayed at this home with six couples over Labor Day. You consist of three levels with two bedrooms and a bath on each level. It had plenty of space for all of us to gather as a big group or to spread out when desired. It was beautifully and comfortably furnished. We are definitely interested in booking again sometime!"

The crane viewing is phenomenal -- from the house you can see them on the river, wake up to them lifting off, watch them in the cornfields all day, watch then come back at sunset, and sleep to their sounds all night (if you want! windows are well sealed if you don't ;). we booked several sunrise/sunset tours at local places but honestly our favorite crane moments were from this house. aside from the cranes, the house itself is amazing--comfortable, clean, cozy fireplace, has...

"This property had everything we needed for some rest and relaxation. The lake was perfect and there were plenty of water toys (kids loved playing on the lilly pad)! There were even beautiful walking trails just a minutes walk from the property. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful area walking distance Lake Wannahoo. Large upstairs open living, cooking, eating spaces. Well optioned kitchen to cook for large groups. Awesome views out the large windows and large patio. The additional living space in the basement helps keeps the kids happy. Short walk down to the Lake where there is a playground and fishing dock. "I was looking for something for 6 adults and an infant as we spent the weekend in Ericson, Ne for a final farewell to my mother in law. This home was perfect! Host was easy to communicate with and printed home guidelines was so helpful. Beautiful home inside and plenty of outdoor sitting to enjoy. If you are looking for a place to stay with your family, this is it!"
