"The staff was wonderful. Michelle at the front desk was so helpful, kind, and patient. She was great! My only issues were cleanliness; the dirty sheets on the pull out bed, the cloudy pool water full of floaties, and the potential cockroach in our room (I took a pic if someone wants to verify?). Overall though, my kids had a great time, the staff was wonderful, and i’m very understanding about how some cleaning things can be accidentally forgotten. "
