"We looked with enthusiasm at our holiday. But were terribly let down: (1) car parking was a problem (2) accommodation was basic with no "Visitors Book" to leave comments (3) beds were uncomfortable (4) cooking utensils were sparse. When we normally rent there is always a bottle of wine, a few biscuits or snacks and other bits and pieces to get started. Never Again."

"A little diagram would have helped to find the key box but got there with the help of a neighbour! Nice touch to have a pint of milk waiting in the fridge. Excellent place to stay and I've already recommended to colleagues"

"Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset."

"Good locations. Check-in and access and communication was all great. Recliner chairs in the lounge were nice (worth noting there’s only four of them so any additional people would have to sit on dining chairs). Our five year old loved the bunk beds! Having the enclosed garden was helpful with two young kids. The place needs a really good clean though. Found hairs and crumbs all over the place, and needed to wash some of the cutlery before using it. The main bed sags a bit in the middle bed,...

"Lovely spacious house in a peaceful setting, equipped with everything we needed for our weeks stay. Large front garden and secure back garden for the dogs. Short walk to the beach."

"The location of this house is beautiful, very quiet and peaceful with wonderful open views where you can watch the deer and pheasants come and go! Lovely helpful owners on site but not intrusive. Weather was unseasonably warm so we only had a fire on two evenings in the spacious lounge. Bedrooms are a good size with open views, the king size bed is a very good quality and was really comfortable. Enjoyed visiting Arundel and doing local walks from the property."
