"The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. "The unit at Central Point was great for an extended business trip as it had a full kitchen and laundry machine. The unit I ended up in was a bit older than the pictures suggested but I figure that's just down to differences between units. Area was very central with many food and entertainment options. Only caveat is that it could get a bit loud on a Friday and Saturday night which wasn't an issue for me as it was the weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a central location...

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."
