"A great overnight stay when having to visit the hospital. Room was nice and very comfortable, albeit a bit old. Would definitely stay there again if needed to. "

"Staff excellent and very helpful with misplaced swipe key. Apartments could do with some updating for example, dodgy power point in kitchen, no towel rails or even hooks in bathroom, only place to sit towels on closed toilet...unhygienic! Location is great, parking limited, very tight parking spaces. Only mirror in whole apartment small vanity mirror. "

"Absolutely fine for one night but not very clean and looked old and tired. The leatherlook couch was covered in stains and super uncomfortable. Linnen and towels were clean."

"Cheap and cheerful place. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. This is an old run-down building so don't expect anything fancy. It is cheap though and well located to East Melbourne. "

"Boutique refers to the fine character of this heritage feel hotel. Cute rooms with personality. The lavender gardens and cobble stone surrounds set the tone for old world European style breakfast well worth the small price. Will be staying here again."
