"The house was great! We loved the second floor sitting room and the proximity to the beach. There was a delicious bakery very close by. Our flight was very delayed and we didn't arrive at the house until much later than anticipated and Patrick was very responsive to our plight. The only drawback to the house might be the parking but we used public transportation and didn't pick up our rental vehicle until the day we left,"

Also, the Hosts were very kind and upon our arrival there was a bottle of wine, 2 apples, 2 bananas, package of bagels and shortbread cookies. "The cottage is very nice. It is on two levels, the kitchen/dining is down quite a steep staircase that I found difficult to negotiate. I'm nearly 70 and my daughter fast approaching 50, so not spring chickens! If you want to use the sofa as a bed there is a 35 pound charge for linen that isn't made clear when booking. We both slept in the one bed which was fine. Extra charges should be mAde clear on booking and the fact it only has one bedroom was disappointing. Otherwise nice place if somewhat...
