"As everybody mentions the location really is as good as it gets. The host very kindly allowed us an early check in which was very kind. The apartment was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The one downside was the carpet in the en suite bedroom. It wouldn't cost a lot to replace it and it really does need to be replaced! If this was to be done I would stay here again without a doubt."

"This was such a great to stay for our few days in Leith. Light, bright, oh so spacious and even came with a washing machine! Yes the condition of the entranceway and corridor did leave much to be desired but once inside the apartment we could see why it received such good reviews. The owner emailed us regularly to see how we were getting on and provided so much interesting information about the area. It was great! Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The hotel is well located near public transports and shops. However, the general cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. There were hairs around the bathroom sink and rust under the toilet seat not to mention the kitchen sink was not clean and dust on the floor along the walls. "Suzanne met us and provided an overview of utilities, appliances, shower She was very welcoming. The apartment was great and the city unique and quaint. The one thing I would suggest is more light in the kitchen. "

"A quirky property in an interesting location. Kitchen a bit tired and dishwasher needs attention. Comfortable furniture and nice high ceilings throughout. Bathroom was very good. Strong smell of tobacco was a little disconcerting."

"My two sisters and I travelled together to Edinburgh for an 11 night holiday. We are all seniors and found this accommodation to be perfect for us. It is on the second floor and there are no elevators which was a little difficult with our luggage otherwise they are easy stairs. The location was fabulous....only a block from the Royal Mile. We walked to all the city attractions. Grocery stores and restaurants were all within reach. The apartment its self was as described....no surprises! ...
