"The most outstanding element to my stay was helpfulness of the staff, Naeve, Sam, young man who helped me with luggage. Naeve was exceptional in accommodating two late check-out requests, co- ordinating billing, arranging baggage storage and baggage transport and generally checking up on how my trip was going. Sam was just lovely, she works in the restaurant and went out of her way to help all the guests with a friendly smile. The hotel needs some upgrades but I left feeling refreshed and...

"Big carpark all round the hotel and a small carpark to the side . Just make sure you enter your registration number plate at reception. Friendly check in by Hope all information given. Two lifts to all floors My room was up graded to an executive,nice and spacious as was the shower room Bed comfortable Wifi excellent Shower was hot and powerful There were a few ware and tare spots which could do with a touch up in the room and the coffee machine looked dusty! Evening meal was good different...

"Room was clean and had modern bathroom and adequate furnishings. Close to the shopping centre with plenty of parking available. Friendly staff and breakfast was good as well. No complaints at all and will likely stay there again soon."
