"We make an annual trip to fox n hound. The location is great for exploring the area, staff is friendly and rooms are consistently clean. The hotel is dated but we find that’s part of the charm of the trip. Terrific views from sea side rooms."

"Loved the lodge. Breakfast was amazing however was very slow, asked for lactose free milk in coffee and was given full cream, when asked about it they got one from the table next us, was sick all day. Tv reception was not working during the night and some of the day, they were blaming weather, however weather was perfect . However we will return. "

"Lovely outlook across the bay. Had to climb the stairs with our bags which would be difficult for less able travelers. Food was good quality in the restaurant and staff were friendly. "

"We stayed in January with 5 people for 4 nights in two of the bay view lodges. They were located side by side, so spending time together was no problem. We were extremely lucky with the weather and never needed the heating. However even if it would have been colder that wouldn’t have been a problem as there is heating all ariund the lodges. "We stayed two nights. We loved the view of the ocean from the patio. The people running it Michelle and Dean are very nice. We were able to do laundry which was very helpful. And we were able to cook in the kitchenette. The place was clean and comfortable and a perfect location for exploring the Bay of Fires coast. A solid 9/10"

"We had to arrive late and staff made that possible by leaving access to a key to the room. Appreciate that and loved the facility itself. "
