The staff were extremely helpful and friendly making our 7 day stay just like home away from home. So convenient to beach and on site swimming pool, great on site restaurant and additional Bar area and just a short 20 minute drive to StHelens. I thoroughly recommend the Scamander Beach Resort. We arrived late but kept the restaurant open for us. The food was amazing and couldn't finish dessert so the staff member suggested taking us back to our room. The room was large, clean and very comfortable with with all we could wish for. Staff were exceptional with the woman who checked us in changing us to a more convenient one when she saw we were elderly. We would highly recommend this place.to our family and friends. .

Great view from the balcony, extremely relaxing. However, sliding door to balcony very hard to slide open. The room we had adjoined the motor room for the lifts (not for our block of units), this was very noisy whenever the lift went up or down.

Wonderful views, staff were friendley & helpful, food was excelent & waitress was lovley & efficent, but there was a noise of running water all night, the pillows were flat & only 3 in the room, the elevator was slow & very clunky when stopping.
