"Got there at 2:18 P.M.Told that check in wasn't until 3 PM. So by time we checked in at 3 PM. There was a line of 15-20 people to check in. Suggest maybe just check them in, and tell people that you will check them in, but please allow until 3 pm since just finishing cleaning all the rooms. Only 1 check in person, and everyone was waiting and had a line for about 1 hour of people waiting to check in. Great value for a clean hotel, and you got free breakfast, coffee, free parking. "When my daughter and I woke up she had bites on her arm. We looked around the bed and noticed a couple of bed bugs. We got some toilet paper and flushed them down the toilet. When we went to check out nobody was in the area. The parking lot had alot of garbage from area fast food places. "
