"There were really big stains on the carpet of my room. The latch to the balcony door was hanging by one screw and I couldn’t open the door. The sofa cushions sank in so low that it was hard to get up. Continental breakfast was a joke—a few cookies, bread for toast, and a couple of pitchers of juice. The “courtyard” was quite neglected. Only one large towel in my room. I was disappointed in this venue."

"The hotel itself was newly remodeled. We called ahead and got the reservation desk to check to see if the pool and hot tub were open They assured us they were, but they were not. We are not happy and think we should get a discount since we were not able to relax in the hot tub "

"Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable. Our room was right by the elevator and I was nervous that I would be hearing activity all night but it was peaceful. I’m subtracting a star because we weren’t able to adjust the thermostat and the room was warmer than we prefer. There is a convenience store and Starbucks right next to the hotel. I recommend the Treehouse Pub and Eatery which is very close by. "
