This is not a complaint it was what i was asked to do. Considering i haven't checked into a hotel in a while i assumed this might be the process now. I appreciated his help, he is my brother in Christ. Overall i was satisfied all things considered. "

"Never had a bad experience with a Tru stay. The only problem was that the construction workers who stayed at the hotel would start and warm up their trucks early in the morning (4 AM ) which woke us . I guess that wasn’t the hotels fault. "
