Staff so friendly with us and with each other. 5 minute walk to lovely restaurants if you fancy a change from the hotel dining. 15-20 minutes to cafes, and other shopping. Plus the floating bridge. Budget car rental in the hotel and if you decide to explore further. Totally recommend. "

"If you’re looking for somewhere in the city, this location wouldn’t be best, it’s like 30-40 mins away from the airport & taxi fees are like $50-$60 USD. The hotel is pretty nice and the food is good as well. We did find one roach in our room, but nothing too worry about. The beach is like a 8min walk away. The staff is pretty nice & there are a few things to do around. We liked it!"

"We had some issues with the room, but the staff was good about getting them resolved. They were also very helpful with providing advice for local does and don’ts, and things to checkout they aren’t necessarily the usual tourist traps. Also, the beach access and access and dedicated umbrella rentals were nice for the family to camp out at all day and worth the $20. "

"Our second time in the Penthouse...beautiful views of the sea, extremely comfortable for two couples, and walking distance to fabulous restaurants and shops. Super staff, responsive service, and fabulous location. Didn't realize that September was sooo hot! A/C in the rooms barely kept it cool enough, but the lack of A/C in the living room--despite the sea breeze, was our only complaint."
