"The customer service rep at the front was so sweet! Me and bae went on a stay-cation for valentine's day cause we didn’t fell comfortable going in a plane rn and decided to stay here. It was so nice. The room was not super clean because it seemed like the last couple had a lot of fun and some spots were missed on the couch. The rest of the room and the property itself was clean though. The woman who checked us in was so sweet."

"We had never stayed at an Element before, so my wife & I decided to give it a try. It seemed to be a very new property. Great service, very well stocked room. Our room did not have a lot of room to get in and out on one side, but we managed. Not a lot in this neighborhood yet, but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall, we were pleased!"
